How to create a business of your dreams | Story of the partner Massimiliano Vivian Rossini

My name is Massimiliano Vivian Rossini. Now I am the national representative of SOLARGROUP in Peru.
 
I moved to Peru from Italy with my family. My wife and I have two children. I got my secondary education in Italy. I worked there with my father in the textile industry sector. Then I got a commercial degree there as well. I became a sales specialist in the textile industry. In addition, I was engaged in the sale of air conditioners.
 
I have been living in Peru for 18 years. In 2002, I started a small company that provides technical services for building, painting and repairing houses. Also, my company is engaged in small-scale imports: cranes and plumbing products.
 
Four years ago I started working in network sales. I worked with nutraceuticals. I learned how to build my structure, work with large groups of people and manage them. It didn't bring me as much financial growth as I expected.
 
For 2 years I was studying the question of how to become a shareholder and co-owner of a serious business that deals with a large-scale product. Mobile technologies seemed promising.
 
I was constantly wondering: can I have a regular flow of funds in different sectors? I got acquainted with a group of companies that deals with investments, and decided to study financial literacy. As part of the training, I understood how to diversify my economic activity, how to manage different financial flows and combine them.
 
I was looking for a way to expand my financial portfolio. Books by Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki say that one needs 7-10 sources of cash inflow.
 
In 2019, I met SOLARGROUP, Leumin Diaz offered me this company on Facebook. I liked the profitability of the project and its direction: environmental conservation. From that moment on, I was engaged in promotion and activities for two companies. However, when working with the previous company, I had more and more ethical issues that could not be resolved. Then I chose to work with SOLARGROUP because I saw that there were other principles here that I could relate too. And I was not mistaken. 
 
I don't like monopoly, autocracy. In a partner structure, you interact with others and are constantly learning something. That's why the principles SOLARGROUP promotes are close to my heart. 
 
I have always tried to make sure that people get what they deserve, for what they do, and not because they have a monopoly, some kind of exclusive right. What we declare must correspond to how we act. Investment companies declare freedom and choice, words should not diverge from deeds. A business must have an ecosystem, the sustainability of a company depends on it. It's important to me that a company has values and principles.
 
I'm looking for financial freedom! It is among the things that I love the most: my family, sport, ethical business practices. In business, it is also important to adhere to the principles of love. I have had moments in my life when I had to make a choice between ethical principles and profit. So I chose SOLARGROUP, I found what I had been looking for here. I see how this business is growing, how our wonderful team in Peru is doing a very important job, how people need our product and how they need the financial freedom that the company gives.
 
I will explain what this business has given me. My current status is Professional. I have more than a hundred partners, and these are new people, only one partner came to me from the previous company. That is, I started from scratch here.
 
The first task was to understand and structure the marketing plan. I made sure the product was real and started offering it to others. The first step is to attract partners with capital and a large-scale vision. With capital means with a 10-thousand-dollar package. I used my Facebook profile to find investors. I looked at the profiles of those people who are engaged in transport and investments. At first I sent ads, but the interest was low. Then I changed my strategy. I started with myself: introduced myself, talked about my plans – and we started work. The second method turned out to be more effective! In other words, the right way is as follows: personal acquaintance, and then business.
 
Usually people ask questions themselves. Then I give them a few options. For example, if people say that they do not have a job and are in a difficult situation– I suggest a job option. In social media, everything is individual. If this is a low-income person, I offer free registration and gift investment shares to generate income for him or her. At the same time, I ask them to recommend potential investors. I work with potential investors on a different level.
 
From experience, I figured that it is effective to divide people into three groups:
 
 1. People with low income.
 2. Potential investors. These are high-income people, people from the ministry of transport, experts on the import of traditional motors, etc.
 3. People who were previously engaged in PR or network business and have high communicative skills.
 
The presentation of the project should be different for each of the groups. The first group needs to be told about the partner program. Such people generate a stream, and then they can buy a package. It should be taken into account that these people do not yet have knowledge, their goal is to improve their financial situation. Therefore, it is more relevant to invite them to meetings where there are a lot of people.
 
The second group (people with high income who only want to invest) need to be told that the project still has several stages ahead, so they can take advantage of the offer any time.
 
The third group is self-sufficient, they quickly master the back office. However, they have specific questions. It is better to direct them to Zoom meetings with Pavel Filippov. And you need to talk to them about the marketing plan, about the remaining stages, about how they can increase their capital.
 
In my work, I adhere to the system. I am in touch with people every day and invite them to Zoom meetings. I always turn to my partner structure with a request to send contacts to me. My principle is the following: duplication of the first line leaders, as it allows the structure to grow exponentially. I need a structure of at least 200-300 partners. I moved towards each new status at a fast pace, because I had a high level of income. I pay attention to the ethical aspect. For example, registration of participants should not be fictitious, otherwise the system will collapse. This is what I teach my partners.
 
My system has yielded results. 70% of people invest. In order to make a decision, they usually need from 30 days to 2-3 months. About 20% of people had a negative experience in investing. These people wait up to 7 months. And 10% percent do not opt in, but I think they will take advantage of this opportunity in the coming year. Thanks to my many years of experience, it is easier for me to check the company: where it is registered, what financial activity it is engaged in.
 
I always listen to people's doubts and come back to them with answers to their questions, even if I couldn't answer them right away.
 
If you are planning to create your own system, you are probably interested in how much time this work takes. So, some people need to be given 8-10 minutes of communication daily on WhatsApp. There are people who need communication 2-3 times a week. And you need to meet with everyone regularly in Zoom. In social media and messengers, everything happens quickly. And in Zoom, a meeting lasts from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Now you can count.
 
I myself purchased the first $ 500 package in 10 payments (partially paid by my commission). Then I bought packages for my wife and daughter. Then I will purchase the second package, which I will pay in full with commissions.
 
For a presentation in Latin America, it is very important to outline the numbers and emphasize that there is an opportunity to purchase an investment package through your work in the partner program. There are still regions where we don't even have normal roads. Naturally, people have low incomes there. And I offer these people to tell others that this is an opportunity for other people like them. That you can register and earn money by talking about the best motors. I show them the back office, documents and rough calculations of all the costs. Fortunately, SOLARGROUP's back office has a friendly interface, which is a great advantage.
 
There is an ethical rule in my structure: recommended people should be signed under those who have referred them. From my experience in other companies, I know how quickly non-compliance with ethics destroys the system. You can't register people without notifying them, you shouldn't sign people randomly. Fictitious structures grow faster, but are not able to persist for a long time. I show each new person 2 or 3 times how to register and place participants in the structure correctly. 
 
We have a schedule of meetings in the back office. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays regularly at 6 p.m. As well as personal meetings - on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. Up to 30 people participate in the meetings. 2-3 of them are new participants. I alternate between the marketing plan and business presentations. I explain how to work with videos, how to upload. I record a separate video of how to do something on the main page of the back office and with the main account. I plan to create a separate group for this, as well as a separate mentoring group. And gradually the amount of work will begin to decrease.
 
The main advantage of the company: honesty and transparency of information. You just need to learn how to deliver it correctly and individually. There are difficult questions, for example: how the share will be evaluated. For some questions, you need to honestly say that there is no answer yet, and help people see the main thing. After all, the project is like a fruit tree – you can't name the exact date when the leaves will appear, but you can say what the harvest will be.
 
It's easy for me to keep partners. No one leaves. Because everyone has the opportunity to compare this company with others. Here everyone can see that the declared actions are always performed. And it boosts motivation. Personally, I am also motivated by the fact that I have people behind me who need to be supported.
 
I was lucky to find people with similar interests and motives. I understand that this can be used at most on the first 5-7 levels. In the structure of up to 20 levels, a new strategy will be needed. This is why duplication is important for the stability of your structure.
 
I would like to increase my income to 30-40 thousand dollars, I would like a new house, a partner structure of 5 thousand people. And a lot more is planned. I have been engaged in investing for a long time. I am sure SOLARGROUP is the final point where I will achieve all my goals.
