1. What did you do before this?

Since I was a student, I have been interested in two lines of work: process automation and the desire to make people's daily work easier. My work experience is related to this in one way or another. 

On the one hand: the development of automation systems to monitor the production processes for motor vehicles. Different systems of business and financial accounting. 

On the other hand: the organization of contact center operation. Creating and maintaining automatic voice systems and menus for customers. During the implementation and maintenance of the above systems, we provided support to users working in the contact center. The implemented systems worked for hundreds of thousands of customers.

2. How are you doing now? Which tasks are your favorites, which ones not so much?

Only those who are not interested in anything and do nothing have a boring life. And when you do interesting and useful work, you never get bored.

I like to solve tasks that are beneficial, that improve performance, especially when the result is immediately visible. If I can improve something, I improve it.

I don't like routine and monotonous work. I try to automate such tasks or optimize them as much as possible.

There are over 300,000 participants in the project. More than 45,000 investors expect the project to succeed. 

I also became an investor from the early days of the project and continue to invest. I am constantly investing in the project not only part of my income, but also my time, my skills and knowledge. I am doing everything in my power to bring the moment of the project implementation closer.

5. What do you think of the SOLARGROUP team?

SOLARGROUP is a young, ambitious team aimed at the successful implementation of the project. We are considerate of every customer, project participant, and everyone who supports the project. As the project progresses, so does the professionalism of the team members.

I would like to thank each member of our team for their hard and diligent work, which is done on a daily basis for the benefit of all the project participants. A special thank you goes to the customer service team, working with customers from nearly 150 countries around the globe, speaking more than 20 languages.

6. Is there a dream that's come true with the company?

To influence the project implementation myself. To benefit a large number of people - those who believe in and support the project.

7. What do you want to accomplish here in the future?

My main goal I am pursuing while working for the company is the implementation of the project "Duyunov's motors".

8. What helps you cope with stress in times of crisis?

What is a crisis? There are new challenges and new tasks that were not previously planned on the way to achieving the main goal of SOLARGROUP - funding the project implementation. Staying alert and focused on work leaves no room for stress or anything like that.
