• Person: Vladislav M., Tomsk
• Salary: Unemployed
• Monthly loan repayments: 0
• Family: Primary school age child living with his ex-wife
• Alimony: 375 roubles
• Additional income: Financial support from parents, non-fixed amount
• Savings: 100,000 roubles
• Goal: A $20,000 package.

Earlier Vladislav has already purchased an investment package with a nominal value of $ 500 in a lump-sum payment. He also purchased a child investment package of the same denomination. Both packages were repaid using the money given by Vladislav's parents. At that time Vladislav had a permanent employment and the amount of alimony was 10,000 roubles. The employment contract was terminated on the employer's initiative. Vladislav is interested in long-term investments.

Now Vladislav has received unemployment benefits for the first time and has already paid a new amount of alimony, which is 375 roubles. Since he isn't going to be officially employed in the near future, he expects that the amount of alimony will not increase. He intends to use his savings and loan funds to repay the installment plan on the new package.

Option 1. Very good! The customer is a grown man and knows what he's doing. Inform him about the lottery and offers for investors. Maybe he'll find something for his situation.

Option 2. Invite the customer to purchase a smaller denomination package and also tell him about offers for investors.

Option 3. Agree with the customer that he can afford to purchase the chosen package. Remind him that the project is in the final stages of its implementation. And explain that in case of cancelling the installment plan Vladislav will be able to formalise the ownership of the shares already paid for.

Option 4. Invite the customer to choose a package of a much smaller denomination. Together with Vladislav, calculate all the types of income he can really count on. How much unofficial employment will bring, how much money his parents can give Vladislav each month, how much loan funds he can get, and so on. Choose a package based on the calculations, make the first installment payments from the savings amount.

Option 5. Offer the customer to sign the partnership agreement in the back office. Make a presentation of the partner business. Explain that actions are needed for results. Say that you are willing to support Vladislav in this endeavour. Recommend that he choose a smaller denomination package, make the first payment, and then use the referral remuneration to repay the installment plan.
