Partner motivation

As Gilles Weber, national representative of SOLARGROUP in France and Africa, says: "You always have to keep in mind people's main motives, there are only two of them: a lot of money and a lot of money fast."

There can be more motives for participating in the partner program: the environmental dimension, reliability, social significance, caring for loved ones, involvement in a global initiative, independence, convenient working hours and much more. The fact is that motivation tends to be high at the start of partnership activities. And in the process, it inevitably decreases, and you have to make an effort to keep it.

Motivation also decreases for a variety of reasons. However, partners are united by their experience. Teamwork and mutual support experience teaches the most important thing: do not be afraid to share your difficulties with others - and then you will learn how to overcome them. 

No one is perfect and can't always be equally effective, that's normal. Listen to what partners who have been in the business a long time say about motivation issues and how they deal with them.

Dimitar Dimitrov, Bulgaria: 
"The most difficult thing is to constantly motivate people, to "energize" them. To find solutions in order to bring people back to the project if, for some reason, they become disengaged. I use the company's offers for this. For example, the offer that enabled investors with overdue payments to participate in the project on the conditions of the stage where they stopped has brought many people back to the project and helped boost the activity."

Zhivko Dimitrov, Bulgaria: "After I managed to achieve the first status, I quickly reached the next status of "Master" too. And then I fell into a state that I couldn't get over for a long time. I was putting too much effort into promoting the project, but I stopped growing. I tried for a long time to analyze this, to understand the reason: am I wrong about something myself, or do people simply prefer to believe projects that promise them a quick and easy return? I found a way out of this situation when the back office was updated and the "Training" section was created in it. Thanks to the information in this section, I very quickly managed to boost my status to the "Expert" level."

Sergey Zhdanov, Russia: 
"I had to go through a rough patch in 2018-2019, when the project had a lot of haters. I was doing a lot of informational work at the time. I am grateful to Sergey Mazin, a partner of SOLARGROUP, at that time he joined in and produced high-quality videos about the project, refuting false information."

Birdi Gulshan Kumar, India: "There were times in the beginning of my work here when I wanted to escape. Everything was in Russian, including the website. I used online translators. But then I talked to other leading partners of the company, got in touch with Pavel Shadskiy - and everything changed! I felt the atmosphere and after that I had no more doubts. I can't tell you what motivates me, where I get my energy from. Work is part of my soul."

Diego Armando Pérez Soppiz, Uruguay: "I had a hard time closing deals even though I was showing videos and presentations. I decided to change something and started showing less content but talking to people more and motivating them personally. And I managed to make a difference."

I encountered such difficulties as skepticism or lack of money among customers. Some of my very close friends said they were disappointed. I decided to work only with those who shared my vision for the project." 

Gilles Weber, France: "People usually want to earn fast. And some people, when they hear that rival projects are already paying dividends, may go there. But these people do not pay attention to the fact that there may be incorrect positioning in such startups, the idea of quick earnings seems way too attractive. Our project is distinguished by reliability and transparency: documentation proofs and other guarantees. This should be emphasized."

Johann Butschbach, Germany: 
"Over time, I've found my place in the company and developed my own approach to work. It didn't happen right away. Each person has different qualities, mine boiled down to the fact that in any business I reached a certain milestone and could not cross it. It was as if I was afraid of being successful. But I crossed that line! Rejections and failures in partner business have shown me that patience and perseverance lead to the desired result and success in the long run."

Miroslav Kovač, Croatia:
 "The hardest thing was to find serious partners to create a partner network. At least in my case, I had to approach hundreds of people to find one serious partner or investor. I went through a big crisis when I had trouble staying motivated and continuing to work. It's changed me, now I don't spend a lot of time on people who don't show much interest in the project."
