There is a new opportunity to get an answer to any question about the project and the company from the SOLARGROUP technical support service in the back office.

• Select the "Customer Support" section from the menu on the Home page. Or follow the link.
• In the window that opens, write your request. You can attach an image to it to illustrate your problem or question.
• A technical support specialist will respond within 24 hours.

Callback is available in Russian, English and Vietnamese. To do this, you need to select one of these languages in the back office.

What issues does tech support help with?

• Basic questions about the project: objectives, implementation progress, information about SOLARGROUP and "Sovelmash", the "Slavyanka" technology. More information on these questions is given in the posts and webinars.
• Investing: adding funds to the account, repayment of installment plans, crediting shares, offers in the project.
• Verification: filling out forms, uploading documents, special cases.
• Operating the back office: navigation, difficulties.
• Partner program: marketing plan, promo offers and more.
