Name and job title

Alisa Kuznetsova, head of partner network

What did you do before joining SOLARGROUP?

I've been working with people and in sales (trade and consulting) all my life, for almost 20 years now.

At 24 I had my own travel business, closer to the age of 30 I sold it and worked as a KAM (key account manager) in major companies in Saint Petersburg. I was also engaged in the sale of authentic antiques worth 500,000 to 12,000,000 rubles, with a sales cycle of 1 day to 3 years, when, for example, we needed to forge a real custom-made Japanese sword ordered for the governor's son. In 2014, I got my second degree in integral development of people and organizations, and was fascinated by the idea and opportunities of networking. I started developing at one of the three largest networking companies in the world and within a year I became the top executive, continuing to actively build and develop my team and customer base for the next 5 years. I love people and I love sales - I find them amazingly interesting, exciting and beautiful. And as far as I'm concerned, it's the fastest legal way to make money.

How are you doing now? Which tasks are your favorites, which ones not so much?

Now I do what I know and can do, what I need, what I like, and what I'm good at, based on my experience, knowledge, and expertise. My tasks include:

• co-managing the partner network development;
• creation and implementation of training tools for sales and personal development;
• development and management of motivational programs for partners;
• designing a sales funnel and scripts;
• analyzing the partner program efficiency.

Last year, my team and I created two great auxiliary tools:

1. The Knowledge Base, where you can find an answer to any question about the project, company and partner business - in a concise, comprehensive, straightforward and systematic way.
2. The Partner Work Methodology, which provides a detailed description of the approaches, tools, lifehacks and scripts so that a person can consciously, bravely and knowledgeably go into the practice of sales and team building, equipped with this information. In fact, the methodology answers two main questions - where to get potential customers and partners and how to interact with them. Check it out, it's interesting and useful.

This year has brought three new projects in my area of responsibility:

• Code of Ethics. It is a system of rules and ethical principles that apply to all members of the company and partner community, a set of beliefs shared by all team members. I think the purpose of developing such rules is obvious: the framework set by the code streamlines business processes, increases their efficiency, prevents the development of non-standard situations, creates a unified emotional and spiritual space, and is a concentrated expression of the corporate culture and ideology within the company.

• Video tutorials by experts. These are video interviews with experienced partners, where they share their successful cases, lifehacks and experiences in a short period of time. Those who are able to perceive and learn from the experience of others save a great deal of time and avoid many mistakes. Because people are sharing what they themselves have spent months and years on, packing it into a 15-20 minute video. It's virtually a real time machine that you can use!

• The Book of Success Stories (Storytelling). This is the hardest project to implement, but the most creative one, too. I love it very much, firstly, because it shows with facts that the partner business model we offer works and is in demand, and secondly, it is a super tool with a positive and powerful effect at any stage of sales and communication. What, if not a story that resonates with or differs from your experience, can inspire you, motivate you, get your courage and spirit together, and evoke an emotional response, followed by trust and enthusiasm? We listen and tell true stories every day, so why not share yours. There is meaning and value in this, both for the individual and for the company and the entire partner community.

In any job, there are the things one is willing to do with gusto, and the workflow routines that just have to be done. The whole trick is attention. Where there is thought, there is attention, and where there is attention, there is energy. Focus on what's important!

5 reasons why this company is worth working for.

1. A sunny company.

SOLARGROUP is an amazing company: lively, dynamic, ambitious, modern, courageous, with a very sound and healthy corporate culture. A company is not just desks, chairs, monitors, meetings, reports, projects. It is thoughts, feelings, emotions, perceptions, atmosphere and mood, too. It's really nice and cool here.

2. The team, partners, participants.

All the people working here are professionals who are passionate about what they do, they are involved in the process to the fullest, and they are result-oriented. It's nice to be part of such a community, you enjoy your work, you grow, you implement your potential.

3. A large-scale idea, modern technology, an innovative field, a robust trend.

I love anything new, commercially profitable and idea-driven. Business is always about money. But when business is all about money, it's not interesting, it's boring and bland. SOLARGROUP is not just about money, it's also about value, benefit and good for the entire planet. It's nice to be part of something like that - part of something bigger.

4. Freedom, independence, safety, comfortable conditions.

Working remotely is one of the best things that can happen in today's changing world. No risk of infection, no waiting in traffic - more efficiency, more time, more comfort in the workplace. Harmony in action for those who are friends with responsibility and self-discipline.

5. Personal motivation. Working with interesting and challenging tasks and calls. A team approach.

What do you think of the project "Duyunov's motors"?

I think this is a promising breakthrough technology that could completely change the transport market. And what everyone does as part of this project has great impact and meaning, moves us in the right direction and brings us closer to the main goal: to complete the project funding.

What do you think of the SOLARGROUP team?

It's a team that can handle any task and any challenge. Probably the best I've ever worked with.

Is there a dream that's come true with the company?

To be myself among my people. Sochi is a meeting place for like-minded people. I dreamed of going there, but I had no business reasons before, and I chose other places for holidays. We now hold corporate events there!

What do you want to accomplish here in the future?

I want every partner to earn between $ 2,000 per month as an additional income on a part-time basis and $ 10,000 as their primary source of income. And I want them to proudly talk about being a partner of the international financial company SOLARGROUP, about their results and achievements.

What helps you cope with stress in times of crisis?

Now I can handle stress the same way I handle it in any other situation: a cold mind, humor, and sometimes sarcasm. Life is more fun with humor. Positive thinking and the skill to look for the advantages in everything and focus on them help. The pluses are the flip side of the minuses. They are always there, even in difficult crisis situations, and when you see them, coping with stress is easier because your perceptions and reactions change.

It also helps me to sleep, eat good food and have good company - communicate with interesting, intelligent, insightful people. Something that gives you energy, recharges you, helps. For example, nature and simple things that I do - and immediately see the result: within an hour, two, within a day, a week at most. Something that is directly within my area of influence.

It also helps to have what Viktor Frankl has in his books: faith, hope, and meaning. On a deeper level, when you know the answer to the "why," you will find the "how" and will be able to overcome everything. I find meaning in every event every day to move forward or to stay in a certain position. Meaning gives strength not only to cope with stress, but also in general to live, work and enjoy life, no matter what happens.
