Testing a golf cart with DA-100SL motor

Victor Arestov shared information about the comparative tests that had been conducted for a golf cart with a DA-100SL motor and its rival with a factory-supplied motor.
The motors had the same weight and size. The golf carts were also equipped with the same 275 A controllers and 48 V batteries. The carts had equal weight.

During the test, the golf cart with Duyunov's motor demonstrated obvious superiority and outdid its competitor in rope pulling.

There was another test with the same golf cart and another larger and heavier golf cart with a 350 A controller. This time rope pulling ended in a draw. However, the golf cart with "Slavyanka" showed a much higher speed than both carts with the traditional motor winding type: 48 km/h against 28 km/h. At the same time, the motor did not heat up much: no more than 50° with the prolonged use and ambient air temperature of 30°.

To recap, Victor Arestov's company ASPP Weihai together with the world's largest manufacturer of solar panels Hanergy Glory is developing golf carts that will be powered by solar energy and combined winding motors. According to Victor Arestov, the solar panels are now being installed on all golf carts.
