New developments and promotion of "Slavyanka" in the world: results of the year from Victor Arestov and Andrey Lobov

In 2021, much has been done to promote the "Slavyanka" technology through its application in vehicles. Traction electric motors are far from being the only and the main area of combined winding application. Primarily, general-purpose industrial motors will be developed at the "Sovelmash" D3333E. But it is the vehicles in which electric motors with "Slavyanka" are used that clearly demonstrate the advantages of the technology to a wide range of people. Victor Arestov and Andrey Lobov are actively engaged in the development of such equipment. They shared the results of the work done in 2021 at an online conference on December 4. The head of ASPP Weihai and partner of "Sovelmash" Victor Arestov sees the main goal of his work in China in attracting interested companies to use the services of the future "Sovelmash" D3333E. The implementation of this goal will be facilitated by the student training program, which started in November at the Weihai Vocational College. Victor Arestov gives lectures to students on the basics of using motors based on the combined winding technology "Slavyanka". Having mastered the theory, students will have an internship at ASPP Weihai, where they will get acquainted with the use of the "Slavyanka" motors installed in vehicles. The plans include the creation of student projects incorporating the technology.

New developments in 2021 also serve the purpose of popularizing combined winding motors.

• The electric car with a DA-112SL motor based on the "Slavyanka" technology is being prepared for European certification. The electric car will travel at the speed of up to 90 km/h. The car configuration can be supplemented with solar panels on the hood and roof.
• K-Cross motorcycle with a DA-112S motor. This year, Arestov's team has continued to improve the electric bike. The record highs for this motorcycle have been recently updated: the range amounted to 285 km at a speed of up to 120 km/h and a battery voltage of 72 V.
• The LoJo K200 electric scooter with a 10 kW DA-90S motor has received a European certificate. This makes it easier to get the vehicle certified in other countries.
• Four-wheel drive pickup truck with two DA-112SL electric motors, modernized by applying the "Slavyanka" technology. It is based on the E300 electric car, certified for Europe. It features the option of installing combined winding hub motors.
• The DA-90S-motor boat project has been further developed in Thailand. In 2021, the production of the second boat with a solar battery on the roof with a capacity of 1.1 kW/h was launched. The project is supported by the Government of Thailand, the Thai Environmental Movement and the University of Bangkok.
• Work has begun on the DA-132SL four-pole traction electric motor with combined winding. The new motor has a larger diameter than the previous modifications.

"STIIN" is engaged in the development and modernization of equipment by applying the "Slavyanka" technology in Russia. In 2021, Andrey Lobov's team assembled a kit with a motor and controller manufactured in ASPP Weihai, which can be easily installed in a vehicle using a wrench.

A number of new developments with "Slavyanka" have been created in "STIIN" in 2021.

• Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle with a 5 kW DA-100S motor. This is one of the most popular and actively purchased bikes in the world, used for urban riding.
• The Bajaj Maxima tuk-tuk with a combined winding motor DA-90S and a solar panel. The tuk-tuk performed well in field tests in Russia, demonstrating ease of operation, reliability and power. SOLARGROUP partners in India and other countries expressed interest in it.
• Electric kart. The internal combustion engine was replaced with a DA-90S motor kit at the request of the representatives of a company that manufactures racing cars. Field tests by professional pilots have shown that the electric car outperforms cars with internal combustion engines in all respects.
• Boat with a DA-112S electric motor. It is being tested under real conditions. According to Andrey Lobov, the kit with this motor can be used on any small-sized watercraft.
You can purchase a ready-made kit with Duyunov's motor, as well as contact "STIIN" for cooperation through the company's Telegram channel and at https://stiinltd.ru

Victor Arestov and Andrey Lobov are planning to continue promoting the project: demonstrating the advantages of motors modernized by applying the "Slavyanka" technology on various vehicle models and developing cooperation with customers from different countries. Moreover, it is important to remember that the capabilities of the motors to be developed from scratch in the "Sovelmash" D3333E will be much higher than those of the modernized motors.
