The customer found our partner on social media assuring that he had been a member of the project since 2022. According to him, the investment was made by a good friend of his who had joined the project in its early stages. Victor only handed over the money to his acquaintance, expecting that he would get his part of the profit as agreed. Thus, Victor made no personal investments. He asks if a partner can be his personal manager and guarantee that the acquaintance won't betray his trust.
Option 1. Refuse to provide advice to the customer. The story is somewhat fishy.
Option 2. Explain to Victor that such schemes are not approved by the company. Because in this case the company cannot protect the customer's interests, since he is not actually an investor.
