A simple formula for success | Story of partner Dimitar Dimitrov
14 март 2022
My name is Dimitar Dimitrov, I am a national partner of SOLARGROUP in Bulgaria. I live in Stara Zagora, and I have an engineering degree.
I lacked prospects in my employment, so I was looking for a technology related project that I could engage in simultaneously - a meaningful and capable of providing financial stability. That is how I happened to find out about "Duyunov's motors". I wrote to Aleksandr Manzhula on Facebook to learn more about the project. I spent three days studying the information, and I liked it all. Then I spoke with people in Bulgaria who are engaged in a large-scale network business, they told me that it was a promising project. I believed it right away, my eyes lit up.
My goal was to buy as many shares as possible. I created a Facebook group and started posting news about the project. Within the first week there were 500 people in the group. In the beginning there was nothing for Bulgaria, all the materials were presented in Russian. I translated them myself, posted and made videos.
The results were immediate!
Both then and now I devote 5-6 hours per weekday to the project. At the weekend - a little more, since I still have to perform my official job duties. But I'm a workaholic, I don't regret spending time on the project I believe in. I know it will open the door for me to provide passive income for the whole family in the future.
I think this is the main thing that helped me attract investors and partners: belief in the project. I was looking for people like that, with fire in their eyes. My ideal partner is someone who motivates others with his or her confidence.
All people are different, we all have different values. In Bulgaria, for example, people are not very trusting and do not like to be pressured. That's why recommendations work well here - "word of mouth", it's easier to rely on your acquaintances. Involving a large number of people is my priority in business. In order to do this successfully, you need three things:
1. Knowing the product well.
2. Being confident in the project and the fact that it will achieve its goal.
3. Being consistent and persistent.
Now I generate a daily newsfeed, answer questions, and participate in webinars. Once a week on Wednesdays I hold a webinar on the following topic: project presentation + key news of the week.
I don't know what the secret to a successful partner business is. I think if you believe in what you do, you're bound to succeed. I believe in my work, I like having everything under my control. The project "Duyunov's motors" is my mania.
The more people are involved in partner business, the better. The company provides answers to any questions, you just have to read and study everything. There are people who have been in the network business for a long time, but they think: I've shared everything about the project, now everyone knows it and there is nothing else for me to do. That's not true. The most challenging thing is to constantly motivate people, to "energize" them. To find solutions in order to bring people back to the project if, for some reason, they become disengaged. I use the company's offers for this. For example, the offer that enabled investors with overdue payments to participate in the project on the conditions of the stage where they stopped has brought many people back to the project and helped boost the activity.
Now that things are going so well in the company, I can only give one recommendation to people who are joining us and want to develop the partner business: be confident. In yourself, in the project, in tomorrow. We have every reason to be so.
