Ordering investor documents: updated feature in the back office

Ordering investor documents: updated feature in the back office

We have completed work on updating the feature of ordering hard-copy versions of your documents. It has become more user-friendly. Now your requests are processed as usual.

How do I order investor documents?

1. Go to your back office profile, open the "Documents" section, the "Delivery" tab. You will see a list of documents available for ordering. By default, only previously not ordered documents are displayed. But you can set up a filter to see all the documents if you want to reorder them.

2. Select the documents you want to receive hard copies of and click "Next". You can select no more than 300 documents in a single request.

Documents available for ordering:
• investment agreement and a number of schedules to it, including certificates for purchased shares;
• partnership agreement,
• partner status certificate,
• certificate of Club 100 or Club 1000 membership, if you are a member in one of them.

3. Enter your address, then you will see the cost of making and delivering the documents.

4. Add at least this amount to your main account.

5. Click "Send a request". The payment will be deducted from your main account and frozen. The request will be assigned the "Created" status. Our specialist will accept your request and begin to execute the hard-copy documents. The funds will be permanently deducted after the request gets the "Sent" status.

6. You can cancel an order only while it still has the "Created" status. Otherwise, it is impossible to cancel. If you cancel the order, the funds are returned to the main account, and the request is revoked.

7. You can check your order status in the "Order History" tab. You can also get a shipment tracking code there.

We will add a personalized letter of appreciation to your package of documents. There will be a unique promo code on it, which gives a 5% discount on the first payment when buying a new investment package. The promo code is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of sending the documents.

Hard copies of documents have the same legal status as the electronic ones. Order them to have additional proof of your participation in the project on hand.
