ASPP Weihai has launched mass production of new motors with "Slavyanka"

China has started producing combined winding electric motors DA-95S. This is a replacement for the previously produced DA-100S and DA-100SL motors.

The new four-pole DA-95S is slightly smaller and lighter than its six-pole predecessor, with higher efficiency and speed. The motor has a cooling jacket and can be equipped with a cooling fan. The phase current of the motor is 275 A, the starting torque is 83.3 N*m. The DA-95S motor can be produced in five rotor sizes: 85 mm, 95 mm, 110 mm, 130 mm and 140 mm.

This motor will be used in motorcycles with the speed of 110-120 km/h and in cars where the speed of 70-80 km/h is required.

Victor Arestov, head of ASPP Weihai, says that the two types of controllers that will be installed along with the motors on the motorcycles are also being configured.

Another new modification of the motor based on the "Slavyanka" technology, the DA-80S motor, is being prepared for mass production. This motor is planned to be produced in three rotor sizes: 59 mm, 70 mm and 85 mm.

ASPP Weihai also began preparing a new four-pole DA-112S motor in three sizes.

The old line of motors will be withdrawn from mass production. They will only be made to order for those customers who have already signed contracts with the company.

All motors will be stress tested before they are sold, and now the independent tests of the prototype models are underway at the factory, whose laboratory is very well equipped and has 8 different testing complexes. To compare: the "Sovelmash" laboratory meets even higher standards.

Victor Arestov notes: "These motors are really a big breakthrough, because they are the first real motors that are now supplied to the Chinese market. Previously, there were only occasional ones."
