The construction permit is a key document in the history of "SovElMash"

Obtaining a construction permit for the design and engineering technology department was a significant event for the project dividing its history into BEFORE and AFTER. The complex and long stage of preparation for the construction that had lasted for about 3 years was completed.
Work has started directly on the construction site, which, of course, does not cancel completing the tasks in the laboratory, the testing area and other leased premises of "SovElMash".

Obtaining this important document was the result of several years of work done by the specialists of "SovElMash" who were able to complete a number of complex tasks:
- prepare documentation and pass a lot of checks to obtain the resident status of the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow",
- develop preliminary design and detailed project documentation for the construction of the design and engineering department,
- pass the state examination and a number of other supervisory commission surveys that thoroughly checked the project for compliance with all the regulatory norms and requirements.

After passing all of these stages, "SovElMash" filed an application for the construction permit to the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee. Specialists of the state agency checked the compliance of the project documentation with the requirements established by the urban planning regulations, the territory planning and boundary surveying design. In the course of auditing, the necessary adjustments were introduced to the project design documentation. It took about 3 months to get the permit.

The construction permit paved the way to the construction activities on the "SovElMash" site, while the site preparation had started even earlier. To date, a modern construction camp has been built, and temporary roads and utilities have been partially connected. The next step is cutting down vegetation on the site.
To carry out further land works, you also need a land warrant that will allow you to dig at a depth of more than 30 cm on the site.

Besides, "SovElMash" together with the general contractor are drawing up detailed design documentation, according to which the construction of the design and engineering department will be carried out.
After the site is cleared of forest and the construction of temporary roads is completed, the construction of the foundation and floor beams, elevator shafts and staircases will begin. According to the preliminary schedule, the project is scheduled to be commissioned in May 2022.
