Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

In the course of the past week, an event significant for the development of the project took place.
"SovElMash" released the first batch of combined winding motors. These are size-100 drive motors DAT-100L6, with IP65 degree of protection, developed and produced in Zelenograd.

On March 23, the motors and the controller were shipped and delivered to a Russian industrial enterprise. The specialists of "SovElMash" helped the customer to install them on a cargo trolley designed for transportation of goods between the shops. The motor was tested in operation, and the results were satisfying.

In the near future, the same drive motor is planned to be sent to Andrey Lobov, the partner of "Duyunov's motors". A lot of the project participants are familiar with his developments based on the "Slavyanka" modernized motors: the motor sled, the ATV, the "Ant" tricycle and others. Probably, soon we will learn about some new vehicles with the "SovElMash" motor.

"SovElMash" is resuming its partnership with an enterprise in China that will mass-produce general-purpose industrial combined winding motors and constituent parts for them. After the quarantine, the Chinese plant is reaching the full operation mode, and the price of the products is being negotiated.

"SovElMash" managed to find new production premises in Zelenograd. Two premises have been rented. One of them is to be used for automated motor winding. In this area, there will be units for the production of size 90 and size 100 motors in compliance with the documentation developed by "SovElMash". In the other premises, the motors will be assembled, stored and the finished product will be prepared for shipment.

Another piece of positive news from "SovElMash". The company has successfully passed the audit for 2019 and received a corresponding report. No violations were found. Now the company's accountants are preparing to submit the annual tax declaration to the tax authority.

You can't say that the coronavirus pandemic and the economic crisis has not affected "SovElMash". There are certain delays in implementing the planned activities. However, on the whole, the project is moving forward at a good pace, gaining momentum, sometimes even ahead of the planned deadlines.
