Technical support in Spanish in the project "Duyunov's motors"

The geography of the project is growing: more than 300,000 users from all over the world have registered in the back office. Among them, there are many people from Spanish-speaking countries, therefore in August 2019 we launched the technical support service in Spanish in the back office. According to the total number of requests, it ranks 4th in the project.
 
 Since June 1, 2021, the technical support in Spanish has started operating on a new level. Previously, Russian-speaking employees communicated with the users using an automatic translator. Now the users get answers to their questions from native speakers and at a more convenient time. 
 
 Most of the Spanish-speaking back office users live in Latin America. The most active of them are in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. For their convenience, the technical support operators in Spanish work in the online chat from 12:00 to 20:00, in accordance with the UTC-5 time zone.
