Victor Arestov at the PRC's anniversary celebration
On September 29, Jinan City, Shandong Province held a solemn meeting to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the People's Republic of China. The head of ASPP Weihai and partner of "Sovelmash" Victor Arestov had been invited to it. To recap, Victor Arestov's company is licensed to modernize electric motors and vehicles by applying the "Slavyanka" combined winding technology. He also promotes the technology and establishes business relations between "Sovelmash" and the potential customers of the future D&E.
The meeting was attended by high-ranking officials: Communist Party Secretary of Shandong province Li Ganjie and Governor Zhou Naixiang. The guests included representatives of foreign embassies and executives of companies that had made a special contribution to the economic and social development of Shandong Province.
This is not the first year the Chinese government has supported the innovative activities of the company and Victor Arestov personally. In 2018, he won the Taishan Industry Championship of Shandong Province, becoming one of the nine winners and the first foreigner to win the title in Weihai City. The prize money allowed Victor to set up the production and start business in China.
According to the engineer, "there was a little DA-90S motor behind it all, made by applying the "Slavyanka" technology".
In 2022, Victor was awarded several titles at once:
• "Honorary Citizen of Weihai City," among seven other professionals, for his contribution to the economic and social development of Weihai City;
• "Visiting professor at Weihai Vocational College" - for developing innovations in Weihai Province.
• winner of the "Weihai Friendship Award" - as a specialist who has mastered advanced technologies and participated in seminars, negotiations, and science and technology research.
Congratulations to Victor for such a successful professional activity, thanks to which the "Slavyanka" technology is recognized and promoted in the largest world market!
