Article "Sovelmash" VS Tesla" in the "41" newspaper

Zelenograd district newspaper "41" published a news story named "Sovelmash "VS Tesla" in one of the September issues.

The publication reports on the controversial authorship of the development that Tesla claimed to be its own know-how. This is a heat pump used to heat the interior of electric cars in cold climates. However, eight years earlier, this invention was patented by "ASiPP".
