Postponing the conferences of "Duyunov's motors" in Latin America and other consequences of coronavirus for the project

The company "SovElMash" had to postpone the production of the first batch of general-purpose industrial motors with "Slavyanka" on a Chinese plant. Dmitriy Duyunov reported this last week. In order not to completely disrupt the plan of the mass production implementation, it was decided to first release the drive motors and do it at an enterprise in Russia. Cooperation with the Chinese partners is now complicated, but it does not mean it is canceled. Follow the news.

Freight shipping is limited worldwide, so the delivery of demo versions of the DA-90S and DA-100S motors to the countries with the national representative offices is being delayed. A number of states prohibit citizens of particular countries from entering their territory. People try not to attend crowded events. Due to these reasons, the planned opening of the national representative office in Indonesia in April which had not yet been announced, was postponed.
All "Duyunov's motors" conferences in Latin America have been postponed indefinitely. Some of the leading partners who were planned to be the event speakers would not be able to get there in the first place. Just like Duyunov's motors which were supposed to be demonstrated to the participants of the conferences. Let us remind you that the meetings were to be held in March and April in a number of cities in Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

"Duyunov's motors" is an international project, so it is quite expectable that the coronavirus consequences have affected it too. We hope that serious "complications" will be avoided.
