SOLARGROUP's national representative office in India celebrates a one year anniversary!

Just over a year ago, on November 16, 2019, one of the most large-scale events in the history of SOLARGROUP took place - the conference dedicated to opening a national representative office in India. This grand and bright event was personally attended by more than a thousand people, and more than two thousand viewers watched it online thanks to the broadcast streamed in three languages: Russian, English and Hindi.

The event programme stood out due for its diverse and even unique content. It included:

- Speeches made by the project's leading partners in India: the national representative Birdi Gulshan Kumar, vice national partner Rajesh Kumar, coordinator Kishor Kishanlal Vyas. Another key Indian partner Kiranjeet R. Singh was the host and moderator of the conference.

- Online presentation by Dmitriy Duyunov, the author of the "Slavyanka" technology and top figure of the "Duyunov's motors" crowdinvesting project.

- personal presence and presentation by Victor Arestov, the head of ASPP Weihai engaged in mass production of motors modernized using the "Slavyanka" technology and equipment of cars, trucks, golf carts, tuk-tuks, boats and even factory equipment with these motors in Asia.

- Presentation by John William - CEO of AWEV Solutions Pvt. Ltd - the official distributor of ASPP Weihai motors in India. The top manager shared the news that in India the company was going to produce a compact truck Piaggio Porter 600 and a tuk-tuk designed specifically for the domestic market of this country.

- The event participants saw the Rush electric motorcycle with Duyunov's motor and evaluated the operation of the combined winding motors DA-90S and DA-100S produced by ASPP Weihai. Besides, the guests could not miss the opportunity to test drive the latest electric tuk-tuk!

It's been a year since then, and today we are summing up the work results of the Indian national representative office. To date, the number of investors in the country has reached 7,081 people or 22% of their total number in SOLARGROUP! The number of partners is 5,974, or 17 % of the total number of partners in the project.

Before the conference, the number of investors in India was 1,630 people (01.11.2019), 2 months later it reached 3,385 people (01.01.2020). The increase was 107 %! In total, the number of investors in the project increased by 27% over the same period.

A similar increase was demonstrated by the number of partners in India: 2,052 partners as of 01.11.2019 and 3,341 partners - as of 01.01.2020, that is +63 %. Meanwhile, this value increased by only 15 % for the company in general.

As we can see, opening a national representative office in India boosted an impressive growth in the number of investors and partners, which had a very positive impact on the achievement of the company's financial goals.

How does Birdi Gulshan Kumar, the national representative of SOLARGROUP in India, assess the pace of the region's development today? What does he think about the team's performance over the past year?

“A year ago, SOLARGROUP's official representative office in India was opened. My team has managed to achieve a lot since then, but the COVID-19 pandemic has made some adjustments to our ambitious plans: for example, we wanted to open an office in India, but could not do it for obvious reasons. Taking responsibility for the result, we learned to work from home. This helped me and my team to develop the project not only in india, but in other countries too.

The success of the Indian representative office has shown that you can achieve your goal even working remotely. I believe that being someone in this world means realizing and following your own path being brave. Today I have a dream and I dream with my eyes open! I thank everyone who supports us and is part of the big SOLARGROUP family!”
