The innovative center where ASPP Weihai is located is in the special zone of Weihai. In the same complex with Arestov's company there are also other companies engaged in high-tech developments, all of them are allocated the necessary production and office premises.

The Chinese government supports promising technologies financially. Thus, last year, Victor Arestov personally and ASPP Weihai received a total of 2,600,000 yuan for the development of projects based on the combined winding motors.

The government of Weihai province has created all conditions for comfortable work and life of the engineers. Accommodation in a special hotel for the enterprise employees and three meals a day in the canteen of the innovation center - all of this is provided free of charge. The company "Sovelmat" now has a much more promising and very important task — to implement technology through the development of motors in China.
