The path from a simple worker to a partner of an international company | Story of the partner Diego Armando Pérez Soppiz
My name is Diego Armando Pérez Soppiz. I live in Uruguay, the Maldonado Department, San Carlos.
I have a secondary education and no professional specialty. I worked as a building security guard. My earnings amounted to 700 dollars. It was enough to pay the bills and provide for the family.
I didn't like having to leave the kids alone and be away from home all day in that job.
As soon as I heard about SOLARGROUP from my friend Néstor Ugarte from Bolivia, I started looking for more information about the project on social media and on YouTube. I was impressed with the product, I fell in love with the technology, the environmental project to preserve the planet and ensure a better future for people.
In the company I met like-minded people I'd always wanted to be around. I immediately wanted to get to work so that the project could receive the maximum possible funding. The impressions that the SOLARGROUP team constantly shared with me were very motivating, I realized that there were people here who resonated with my beliefs and ideas, that in a team like that I wanted to eventually achieve success.
I started working and talking about this great business opportunity that the financial company SOLARGROUP offers.
Two and a half years ago I first became an investor and then a partner in the company. I decided to become a partner because of the project's transparency, that's what attracted my attention. Everything happening in the company and the project is shown openly. Some SOLARGROUP employees participate in the conferences. I was very happy that I made the right decision, joining and realizing that it was the project I had been waiting to see for over 15 years. It is amazing to realize that one simple worker can be a partner and investor in an international company.
It became my primary goal to help people learn about the business opportunities that are not found every day, such opportunities are really not very common among ordinary people. My first step was to make my first investment, and then I started researching all the provided materials on my own to create my content and quickly post it on social media.
I can honestly say, it was not difficult for me to master this type of business, as I had already been involved in other projects and had some experience. Nevertheless, I lacked a lot and had to improve - I have achieved development together with SOLARGROUP. Like all newcomers, I made a few mistakes in the beginning, which I eventually corrected over time with the support of my mentor.
I saw my first results after a couple of weeks, when I started working 100% very hard and actively on social media to go up the marketing plan. Step by step, I learned to figure out what people I could reach with the information about the opportunities this incredible project offers.
Thanks to the advice of my mentor and the training videos that I watched and studied, and also thanks to the mistakes that I corrected little by little, the positive results that I have achieved today and the status of "Master" appeared in my life - I didn't believe that I was able to achieve it.
Soon I devoted myself completely to the business and focused only on the project. I went to bed very late, at dawn, because, working internationally, I never overlapped with the other Latin American countries. For many months I had been making different plans on how to get more attention from potential partners and investors, and my team and I had to change our marketing strategies many times. There was a little help from my mentor, but the rest was up to me.
I had a hard time closing deals even though I was showing videos and presentations. I decided to change something and started showing less material but talking to people more and motivating them personally. And I managed to make a difference. For a long time, I've used this strategy because people are attracted to success stories in which people and companies struggle for a long time to reach their goal - and get ahead in the world that way. This strategy proved to be effective, helping to motivate people to invest.
I have a strong attachment to this job, I like working on social media, I like international conferences. Before SOLARGROUP, I was tired of working all the time for others - and now I want and can devote time to my own business - I will be a co-owner of the company. Participating in the project and partner program is the best decision I have ever made in my life.
My mentor Néstor Ugarte has always been my main advisor, informing me about the most important things and teaching me much of what I know today.
This is how I see my future with SOLARGROUP: I will be tireless in sharing business opportunities with people and helping the majority of people in Latin America improve their lives. This is my biggest wish at the moment.
In business, I am inspired by Elena Lozada, our Latin American leader, as well as the investors who are part of my structure - I owe my position to them, I am their mentor and leader.
My thanks to the SOLARGROUP team, partners and investors. Thank you for the tremendous support you've given me so that I can grow as a person and as a leader - and as an investor at the same time.
I am grateful to my mentor Néstor Ugarte from Bolivia for his constant help in working with my partners.
Thanks again to SOLARGROUP and all the project participants! From day one and every day, I am eternally grateful to them.
