"Slavyanka" is a combined winding technology that is used in electric motors.
Winding is the metal wire of the motor that is needed to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.
There are two classic winding types: star and delta. The peculiarity of "Slavyanka" is combining two winding types in one electric motor. This design gives the motor advantages over traditional motors.
History of "Slavyanka"
The attempts to combine winding types were made by the 20th century inventors, but no one was able to derive any economic value from them. The first to succeed was Russian engineer Dmitriy Duyunov. He was able to apply the combined winding concept to most types of induction motors and developed more than 300 diagrams. The combined winding type was named "Slavyanka".
What's the strength of "Slavyanka" based motors?

Where is the technology used?
"Slavyanka" can be used in most types of induction electric motors. Such motors are the most widespread in the world: they are used in households and factories, transport and public utilities, agriculture and medicine.
