Learn about the ways to protect your back office account
SOLARGROUP takes care of the security of its back office users. So, we have prepared a number of updates to make it convenient for you to control the activities in your user account.
The updates go into effect on August 22, 2024.
• Confirmation of your back office login.
❌Before: you only confirmed your login using an authenticator.
✔️Now: you can confirm your login in any convenient way – via Telegram, email or authenticator.
• Changing your password.
❌Before: you were emailed a link to a separate page to reset your password.
✔️Now: you can change your password on the same page by clicking on the "Recover Password" button. And confirm that this is your user account by choosing a convenient way – Telegram, email or authenticator. If you have previously selected Telegram to log in to your user account, the recovery code will be sent to Telegram.
• Monetary transactions.
❌Before: when withdrawing funds, transferring from the partner account to the main account and for other monetary transactions, you confirmed your actions optionally. There was no mandatory confirmation required.
✔️Now: you choose at least one way to confirm your actions or three of them at once – Telegram, email and authenticator. If you choose three ways, you confirm any monetary transaction in each of the three ways.
