Updates in the back office and Telegram bot
Last week we updated the features of our back office and more.
• There is now a new section called "Customer Support", where you can ask any question about the project and the company to SOLARGROUP's technical support service. It can be found in the menu on the Main Page or by following the link. There you can also order a callback in Russian, English and Vietnamese.
• A map has been added that displays your geodata. You can either mark your location manually or enable automatic detection. We need this information to identify locations for future offline events. The map is available at the first login to your back office account after the update and in your profile, the "Settings" sections - "My Location". Here you can change the geodata, enable or disable its automatic detection.
• The SOLARGROUP's Telegram bot has been updated. Now a lot of actions can be performed without logging into the back office. For example, adding funds to one's account, paying for the investment package in a lump sum or in installments, checking the number of shares or roadmap, getting a referral link, etc. To install the bot, go to your profile in the back office. Select "Settings" - "Integrations" - "Telegram" - "Link".
The return of webinars for beginners
We have resumed webinars in Russian for beginners who would like to learn about the project. The first live broadcast after the break was conducted by Gennadiy Babanin, a qualified speaker of SOLARGROUP, the company's leading partner in Russia. The webinar participants got all the basic information about the project and answers to their questions.
Webinar presentations of the project will be held twice a month. Follow the announcements in the back office.
Start of the 3rd round in the SOLARGROUP lottery
The second round of the SOLARGROUP lottery ended in November. We remind you that for every $ 100 in investment, you got a coupon to participate in a raffle for investment shares and an electric motorcycle. By December 10, we will announce the winners and the one hundred investors who will enter the final round with a drawing for an electric car.
