How vehicles with "Slavyanka" are produced: Victor Arestov reports
The partner of "Sovelmash" and head of ASPP Weihai Victor Arestov speaks about the activities his company is engaged in.
To recap, ASPP Weihai in China modernizes induction electric motors by applying the "Slavyanka" technology under license from the Russian company "ASiPP". It also develops and modernizes vehicles using combined winding motors.
Victor Arestov's activity promotes the technology in foreign markets and creates demand for it and for the services of the future "Sovelmash" D&E.
The company does not manufacture the product itself, but makes prototypes and tests them at the customer's plant or in the "Sovelmash" laboratory. Then combined winding motors, controllers, cars, and motorcycles are produced at other enterprises in China. ASPP Weihai also modifies ready-made equipment, installs "Slavyanka" motors, controllers and other components on it, and makes all the necessary settings.
In addition, Victor Arestov's company is also engaged in vehicle certification.
More details about ASPP Weihai are provided in the video on Victor Arestov's channel here. You will also find the answers to other questions in the video:
• how to distinguish the combined winding motor developed by ASPP Weihai from its counterparts,
• the certification procedure for electric vehicles with "Slavyanka",
• what makes various controller parameters and settings important.
