Results of the week in the project "Duyunov's motors"
All the main events of the week in the project took place at the "Sovelmash" construction site.
Outside the building, the excavation work to install the engineering utilities was in its final stages and the landscaping was in full swing:
• preparations were initiated to install cold water pipes on the right side of the building,
• a deep pit was excavated and reinforced to facilitate the drilling under the roadway and the connection of the storm water drainage system to the central mains of the SEZ,
• asphalt paving continued, with entrances and steps being formed,
• the temporary fence was dismantled and preparations for installing the permanent fence began,
• lawn improvement started in some areas.
Inside the building of the design and engineering technology department:
• hot water pipes were installed,
• heating batteries were installed in the D&E laboratory,
• the ventilation was installed,
• work on the pipework for the heat distribution station was in progress,
• the video surveillance system was launched,
• high voltage power cables were connected to the transformers,
• the installation of the 10 kW switchgear began,
• the leak tightness of the pipes in the automatic fire extinguishing system was checked,
• the interior finishing continued.
Apart from the construction work, the "Sovelmash" D&E continued commissioning and adjustment work on the automated production line for general-purpose industrial motors and in the casting shop, as well as work on the angle grinder production.
It is very important to complete the earthwork and landscaping before the onset of cold weather, as these tasks cannot be performed during the cold season. It's also important to introduce the heat into the building.
