Dialogue with the national partner | Johann Butschbach

We continue the "Dialogue with the national partner" section. The national representatives of SOLARGROUP are outstanding individuals who represent our company in different world countries. Especially for the project participants, they share the story of their path, speak about the secrets of success and open insights about the prospects for the project development in different countries.

The hero of our today's post is Johann Butschbach, SOLARGROUP's national partner in Germany.

Johann, tell us about yourself

I was born in Kazakhstan, grew up in Siberia, and have been living in Germany for almost 25 years. My home is located in the near vicinity of Hamburg. This city is world-famous as one of the innovative centers of Europe. In my life, I have taken a lot of training courses that develop both technical and "soft skills“, and I got a degree in "Automotive Engineering". After that, my career path and searching for my place in this world began.

In 2004, I got acquainted with networking business. This direction fascinated me with the limitless opportunities to shape my life the way I imagined it. The incredible boost I had received charged me to go down this path again and again, despite the resistance and setbacks I encountered at the beginning of the journey.

What supported you in hard times?

I would like to recommend the film "Coach Carter" to everyone who is currently in a similar situation. There is an especially interesting scene (1:43 min.) where the answer to the most important question is given: "What are you afraid of most of all?” - "Our greatest fear is to become infinitely strong!" In other words, we are stopped by an internal fear of radically changing in comparison with our social environment.

Today I can say that the process of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly requires a lot of willpower. Besides, this transformation takes time. Each person has their own starting points and abilities, and this is crucial on the way to achieving the goal. Setting yourself up for success settles the matter! This is the most difficult task - to set yourself up for victory again and again even when the path is full of obstacles and stumbling blocks.

How did you come to SOLARGROUP?

At the beginning of 2016, I actively immersed myself in Internet projects and at the same time watched the first test ride videos featuring an electric bicycle with Duyunov's hub motor. I was struck by the extraordinary test results. So I got the idea to start my own business, having seen the potential in this product.

In May 2017, in one of the chats, I came across some information about the start of a new project related to the author of that very hub motor. This is how my path in the project "Duyunov's motors" began.

What helped you become SOLARGROUP's national partner?

Today I am the company's national partner in Germany due to a number of factors.
What helps me a lot is my well-balanced perseverance that gives me the opportunity to pursue the set goal whatever it takes. Besides, my allies are diligence and positive action.
But the most important thing, perhaps, is my confidence in the value of the project. I was able to explain and sell the idea of why people need the project "Duyunov's motors" to myself. By doing so, I won the support of other people who brought important skills to our team, and this enabled its growth.

What makes this project different?

Even before joining the project, I intuitively realized that the "Slavyanka" technology would bring inevitable changes to our world. At the same time, I was able to take an active part in these changes and follow a new path that I had been searching for a long time. A sense of unity with our team, the determined and successful partners, is the best motivation for further self-development.

In conclusion, I would like to say with great confidence that all project's participants will gain a lot. Those who are active today are already enjoying their financial success. Those who are still passive will become successful after the project is implemented. As soon as the first commercial batches of "Slavyanka"-based motors are produced, even the skeptics will still have time to join the club of successful investors.

Let's change our world together and make it the way it was originally given to us for living in harmony with nature!
