Weekly summary for the Duyunov Motors project
Last week at "Sovelmash", work continued on producing the first batch of angle grinders. In addition, serial production technologies for aviation and housed motors were being refined.
We are sharing some of the results and ongoing processes with you.
• The rotors of the angle grinder motors were turned and prepared for subsequent installation of the fan and bearings.
• The traverses of the built-in motors underwent tumbling and are ready for finish boring of the bearing seats.
• The production chain for 305 frame size aviation motors was set up. Specifically: boring of stator bushings, production casting of stators, impregnation and curing of wound stators.
The process of obtaining the permit to commission the facility is still in progress; "Sovelmash" is steadily moving forward.
