Project guide: how do I top up my account in the back office?
Today we are telling you about adding funds to the main account: how to do it, what to pay attention to and ways of dealing with difficulties.
• Open the Main page of the back office or the "Wallet" section. Click on "Add funds to account".
• Enter the top-up amount in US dollars. The current dollar rate in the back office is shown next to it.
• Choose the method of account top-up: via bank card, payment systems or cryptocurrency. The minimum payment amount, commission and crediting period are specified next to each method.
• Accept the top-up terms and conditions and click "Continue".
• Follow further instructions.
• When your payment is credited, you will see your updated balance on the main page under "Main Account". The top-up transaction will also be displayed in the "Wallet" section, "Account Activity" tab.
Attention! The funds that you have deposited to the main account cannot be withdrawn and transferred to a partner account, they can only be invested in the project: repay an installment plan or lump-sum purchase of a package.
