Results of the week in the project "Duyunov's motors"
Last week, the "Sovelmash" construction site was undergoing extensive work in a variety of areas.
The area behind the building was levelled and prepared for asphalt paving.
The grounding work was in progress. The temporary road was built and all water utility connections were completed. The installation of the Internet and all low-current networks is scheduled to begin shortly.
Work was carried out to provide the building with stable voltage.
The heating radiators were delivered and unloaded.
The earthwork was well underway. The trays were installed and backfilled with sand. You can now see the sewer manholes, the expansion joints, and the fully installed waterproof chamber through which the heating is to be supplied.
Meanwhile, in the office and amenity building:
• on the 1st floor, work progressed to install interior glass partitions and frames; finishing work in the staircase shafts was underway too;
• on the 2nd floor, the heating work started, the tiling was done on the mezzanine and the power supply was almost completely finished;
• on the 3rd floor, the installation of the heating systems and electrification was completed.

Dmitriy Duyunov described June 23 as a landmark day: after months of extensive and strenuous work on installing the engineering networks, the first of the utilities (sanitary sewer) reached the connection point.
