What do I do with the "Gift to a Friend" | Partner Work Methodology April 13, 2023

The "Gift to a Friend" option in your back office account is a tool that helps the partner make first contact with a potential customer. This tool has a number of advantages:

• You start with simple things: give your customer the opportunity to study the key information in the back office.
• You start with useful things for the customer: your friend gets $ 20 credited to the main account and immediately sees their benefit.
• You start with nice things: you get $ 5 credited to your partner account for each person you invite, and this person is placed on the first level of your partner structure.

Who should I send it to?

People you know. In this case, you fill out a form in the back office and enter the details of a friend whose email you know.

People you don't know. In this case you generate your referral link with the gift in the "Link Generation" tab - and you can add it to any news about the project that you share on your pages and in the groups.

When do I send it?

Whenever you like. If you send it to someone you know, try to plan time to talk about the project. For example, you send a gift in the morning and give the person time to develop the first impression. Within a day, write or call him or her and ask if your friend has followed the link from the notification. Key words to use: it's free, it's safe, it doesn't commit you to anything.

Just send it and that's it?

It's not enough. Your job is to motivate the customer to go further, to become an investor or a partner. So you need to explain to your friend how to use the gift. A detailed manual can be found here.

If the customer has questions, answer them. Ask yours. Go with the customer to the needs identification and presentation stage.

You already know how to identify customer needs and prepare for the presentation. And you can always test your knowledge in "Partner Work Methodology".
