Why did SOLARGROUP change its place of registration?
In the spring of 2024, the company moved under the jurisdiction of the Union of the Comoros.
We completed all the necessary procedures and obtained a special international brokerage and clearing licence.
It can be found here.
The Union of the Comoros provides a more attractive business environment than the Republic of Vanuatu, under the jurisdiction of which the company had been since 2017.
This enables SOLARGROUP to legally accept investments worldwide and operate as cost-effectively as possible.
Besides, we are moving forward, gearing up for new lines of business. And the jurisdiction of the Union of the Comoros, unlike Vanuatu, allows us to:
• organize trading on an internal exchange;
• manage shares for those investors who decide to keep them under the management of SOLARGROUP.
Moreover, this licence gives us the opportunity to issue and deal in securities. The company is not currently engaged in such activities, but it is a possibility in the long term.
We are always open to our investors and partners. To make it easier for you to understand the legal aspects of the company's operation, we have prepared a presentation about it.
Explore and share it with the other participants in the project!
