Here's how "Thank You" is contributing to the construction
There are less than 5 days left until the end of the "Thank You" offer. Let us inform you about the progress of the construction activities in the main areas for which money is being attracted within the framework of the offer.
• Heating. The heating pipeline on the site is fully installed, covered with concrete trays and is now being backfilled with sand. The construction workers have started to fill the pipes of the heating main with water, after that they will proceed to hydraulic tests. The final stages of welding work are in progress in the heat distribution station. Inside the building, heating pipes and radiators are being installed.
• Water supply. The hot water supply pipework is completed outside the building. The cold water supply is being tapped in, with the pipes to be installed on the right side of the building. The main pipes for hot and cold water supply are being routed inside the building.
• Power supply. The electrical wiring inside the building is being done. Earlier, a deep power input was implemented in the D&E building.
• Storm water sewer. The utilities have been routed across the plot. To connect them to the central SEZ system, we need to drill a passage under the roadway. For this purpose, a deep reinforced pit has been made on the territory of "Sovelmash" and preparations have been completed off the site.
• Outdoor lighting and telemetry. Trenches have been dug for low-voltage networks, including outdoor lighting, telemetry and others.
• Asphalt paving. The pavement has been installed over a large part of the area: at the loading ramp, on the left side and behind the building. Asphalt paving of the right side of the D&E building is being prepared for.
• Green areas. At the rear of the site, the lawn is being laid out before being backfilled with black soil.
• Fencing. The bases of the perimeter light poles are ready.
• Ventilation. Ventilation systems are being installed in the building and pipework for the air conditioning system is being put in place.
• Finishing of walls and ceilings. The walls in the office and amenity building are being prepared for painting. In the offices, painting the walls is underway. In some premises, for example, the future showroom, the ceiling has been painted.
• Finish flooring. The floor tiling is being installed in the O&A building. Tiling has been completed in the medical unit, in all its premises and sanitary facilities.
• Interior partition walls. Most of the partition walls have been installed. Glass partitions are also to be installed.
Other tasks to be tackled:
• the climate control equipment has been installed on a special platform, and will be hooked up;
• the fire extinguishing sprinkler system has been made and painted;
• the optical cable well has been installed and is to be re-switched;
• four toilet facilities in the production building of the D&E started operating;
• window sills have been installed in the O&A building.
The main task for the "Sovelmash" D&E construction is to connect heating and utilities before the cold weather sets in. The installation of utilities outside the building is almost complete due to the accelerated inflow of funds. However, there is a lot of work to be done to complete the connection. Therefore, the pace of funding must not be slackened now.
