The commercialization of the "Slavyanka" technology by means of developing electric motors is a comprehensive product that includes preparation of terms of reference, creation of a motor prototype, its testing, automated production of a small-scale pilot batch, installation of equipment for mass production on the customer's premises, adjustment of equipment, preparation of the required tooling for specific motor dimensions, etc.

If the customer needs production facilities, "Sovelmash" can initiate the launch of the plant creation procedure with all the necessary project documentation, as well as train the customer's personnel to operate the production line. In the end, the customer will receive the ready-made production of the ordered product. Thus, "Sovelmash" offers a ready-made process for the turnkey production of electric motors.

It will be necessary to train designers who have a good understanding of electric rotating machines, technology engineers, specialists who are experts in computer modeling and are able to make calculations for the created electronic models. Currently, the team's backbone is being shaped, having the expertise necessary at this stage in the project development. But due to the fact that in the future electric motors will be divided into groups according to the work peculiarities, groups of specialists will also be formed for individual areas of activity."
