In the course of maintenance, our specialists, among other things, were also enhancing the verification service, which resulted in a line of requests to be processed. We are currently processing your requests. This week, the processing time will be reduced to 5 business days, in the future - up to 1-3 days.
Why do I need to pass verification in the back office?
• To document the purchased investment shares as your property and receive a certificate for them.

How to get verified in the back office
• Go to the "Profile" section of the back office. To open it, click on the icon with your name at the top of the main page. Or follow the link https://reg.solargroup.pro/en/user/account/profile
• Click the "Start" button next to the "Verification" tab.
• Fill in all fields of the form. Follow the instructions carefully!
• Enter your information correctly and check it.
Upload an image of your identity document following the rules. Please note that the document must be uploaded in its entirety, with its edges visible. If the document contains information on both sides, then upload a photo of both sides.
