Find out about the completion status of the engineering centre

What has been done?
Over the first 2 years of the construction efforts, the thermal circuit of the building was completed, namely foundation, frame, walls, roofing, windows, doors and intermediate floors.
Over the third year, external engineering networks were completed and most of the territory was landscaped, interior finishing and commissioning of the process equipment started.
Currently, the degree of completion for the engineering networks is as follows:
• wastewater sewage — 100%,
• storm water drainage — 100%,
• firefighting — 99%,
• heating system — 90%,
• ventilation — 50%,
• cold water supply — 40%,
• smoke extraction — 20%.
The interior finishing of the office and amenity complex is 75% complete.
Assessing the exact degree of completion for some tasks is difficult and too labor-intensive, so the figures are approximate
What is to be completed?
In addition to the above, the interior finishing of the production building and landscaping of the area must be completed. Noise-absorbing barriers are also to be installed on the site.
