From Russia to the whole world: how the project geography has been changing
18 一月 2022
A distinctive feature of the project "Duyunov's motors" is the global-scale crowd funding. We offer you to recall how the project geography has been developing over the years, thanks to which the construction of the "Sovelmash" design and engineering technology department became possible.
Crowd funding of the project began in the summer of 2017. By the end of that year, more than 2,700 people had invested in the "Slavyanka" technology. The overwhelming majority of the first investors were Russian citizens and Russian-speaking residents of neighboring countries, since there was no information about the project in other languages yet.
December 2018. The project is over a year old, it has successfully passed two stages of funding. The number of investors has exceeded 8,700 people. The project became known far beyond the borders of the CIS, and people in Asia and Africa began to invest in it.
The end of 2019. The project has overcome 11 funding stages and made a breakthrough in expanding its geography. The first national representative offices of SOLARGROUP are opened in 7 countries: France, Côte d'Ivoire, Germany, Bulgaria, India, Vietnam and Hungary. The strategy paid off: the number of investors has grown to nearly 22,000. At the same time, there are more foreigners among them than Russians.
December 2020. 14 funding stages have been completed, the project is supported by more than 32,200 investors from around the world. The countries where national representative offices have been opened are particularly active. India has almost caught up with Russia in terms of the number of investors.
The end of 2021. 16 funding stages out of the 20 planned ones are behind us. Almost 354,000 participants are registered in the back office of the project, including more than 44,700 investors. 8 new states, including Latin American countries, have appeared on the map of SOLARGROUP's national representative offices.
Top 10 countries by the share of the project investors now:
India - 25 %,
Russia - 20 %,
Vietnam - 12.5 %,
Indonesia — 5 %,
Côte d'Ivoire - 4 %,
Benin - 2 %,
Nepal - 2 %,
Peru - 1.5 %,
Germany - 1.5 %,
Bulgaria - 1.5%.
In 2022, SOLARGROUP will continue to open new national representative offices and work on promoting the project in already "open" countries. This is necessary in order to ensure further funding and complete the construction of the D&E on time.
