Peculiarities of engineering utilities in the "Sovelmash" D&E construction

In order to supply heat to the building, it is necessary to perform a number of tasks, some of which are already in progress:

1. Work on the building envelopes is underway. When the building is open, there is no way to heat it, even using temporary solutions; 

2. The thermal envelope of the building is being closed and clad. Right now, that's a top-priority task; 

To connect the engineering utilities, you need to make concrete beddings and install some equipment.

3. Work is underway to prepare the bedding for concrete casting, after which waterproofing, grounding and concrete construction work will be carried out. In the future, the Astron specialists will be able to accomplish the installation of partitions;

4. The installation of additional structures, frameworks, partitions is in progress - this is the module for placing climate control equipment. A number of window openings without glazing will be closed with bars, behind which air exchange equipment will be installed.
