Overview of ongoing construction activities

• Offices have been set up for staff members who are already settling into their new workplaces. Some premises are temporarily staffed, others are permanently staffed.
• Work is underway to connect the automated fire extinguishing system.
• Fan coil units, climate control devices for cooling or heating room air are being connected.
• The installation of decorative wall panels on the 1st floor of the office and amenity complex is in progress.
• The sanitary facilities are being fitted. Plumbing fixtures have been delivered.
• Active work is underway to connect cables in the switchboard room. And although the scope of work aimed at providing electricity to the entire building is very large, we are noticeably closer to the finish line.
• Installation of the ventilation systems is in progress.
• Heat lines are being insulated.
• Finishing work is underway.
• Heating radiators have been assembled and are operating in most rooms of the building.
• The area is being cleaned continuously. As there is a lot of construction dust, it must be removed regularly.
In the meantime, the employees of "Sovelmash" are commissioning the machines.
The D&E is no longer just under construction, but is beginning to have a life of its own.
