The ground heating equipment has been delivered to the construction site where the "Sovelmash" D&E is being built. The earthwork has been carried out, which enables access to the power cables. The ground is being warmed up to continue the earthwork, which is necessary to move the power cables from the "Sovelmash" territory as to avoid the easement for the joint use of utilities.

Installation of the exterior cladding for the single-storey extension is nearing completion. The roofing work continues, and the unit that will allow the ground to be heated directly inside the building is being filled up with diesel fuel.
The number of technological openings in the warehouse area has significantly reduced: the window frames are installed, and the openings through which warm air can escape have been insulated, which will enable starting to heat the ground and the building itself. All these activities are necessary in order to proceed to the execution of sub-concrete work: the installation of special heat insulation, reinforcing mesh and, essentially, concrete pouring of the first-level floor.
