SOLARGROUP conferences: their significance for project development
In 2022, SOLARGROUP resumed active offline conferences around the world. We held 12 events in Russia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Senegal, Peru, Cameroon, Nigeria. Many of them were personally attended by the company's top managers.
Depending on the country, conferences vary in scale gathering from 50 to 1,000 participants.
Each of these events requires a lot of preparation and the work of dozens of people. But our experience shows that it pays off, and not only in investments.
• Short-term prospects. Conferences are needed first and foremost for more active project funding. Let's say a company spent $ 1,000 to hold a small-scale conference. Even if one of its twenty participants buys a $ 3,000-$ 5,000 package (the most popular package denomination in the project), the event will pay off several times over.
However, it is not only the "quick" financial effect that is important, but also the more long-term, not so obvious results.
• Midterm prospects. People who attended the conference and talked to the company's leaders often say afterwards that they believed in the project more strongly and want to be with us until the end. It becomes easier for them to promote the project, talk about it, and re-invest.
• Long-term prospects. By holding conferences around the world now, we are creating the infrastructure for successful development of the project after its funding is completed. And also for the development of new projects, which are also likely to be related to the "Slavyanka" technology.
In 2022, we expanded the program to include the company's leaders in our tours around different countries. There were other events held in conjunction with the conferences:
• business negotiations with the representatives of electric motor and machinery factories, engineers, and officials interested in the technology;
• meetings with the leading partners in different countries to understand how best to develop the project in the regions;
• a visit to the new office of SOLARGROUP in Vietnam;
• participation in Electric Mobility Summit 2022 in India.
New countries and new faces at the conferences show that the geography of our project is expanding, it is becoming more and more interesting to a wider audience. Participation in the events of our long-time investors and partners is also gratifying, it confirms that you are with us and continue to support the project.
