It has acquired the resident status in the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow" and is building a design and engineering technology department at the "Alabushevo" site. The D&E will develop customized combined winding electric motors and put them into production. 

Over the 5 years of its existence, the company has created tangible and intangible assets on the leased premises, and is now mastering there the technological processes that will be fully launched in the D&E (including the production of prototype models). "Sovelmash" will allocate part of its profits to dividends for the investors in the project "Duyunov's motors". 

The company has several co-founders. 

SOLARGROUP

SOLARGROUP is the founder of OOO "Sovelmash", an international financial company that organizes funding for the project "Duyunov's motors" with the help of a crowdinvesting mechanism and an extensive partner network. The company is engaged in marketing support and informational coverage of the project, it has created and is constantly improving the IT platform for payment acceptance, maintains a database of investors and partners of the project. The project funding is raised by SOLARGROUP partners from different countries. 

Investors in the project "Duyunov's motors" buy the investment shares of SOLARGROUP. Subsequently, they will be exchanged for the shares of "Sovelmash" by means of an assignment, and the owners of the shares will receive dividends or earn profit from selling their securities. 


"ASiPP"

Another co-founder of "Sovelmash" is the company "ASiPP". This is a research and production enterprise, the holder of the combined winding technology "Slavyanka". "ASiPP" was the company that worked on the technology before the start of the project "Duyunov's motors" and establishing "Sovelmash". 

More than one hundred winders all over the world use "Slavyanka" under the license of "ASiPP": they modernize electric motors by replacing traditional windings with combined ones thus increasing efficiency, power, and reliability of motors. In particular, ASPP Weihai is engaged in small-scale production of modernized motors under license in China. Thanks to licensed winders, many potential customers of the "Sovelmash" D&E become aware of the advantages the "Slavyanka" technology offers.
