How can the project investor get the hard copies of the documents

For many participants of the project "Duyunov's motors" the hard copies of the documents are an important confirmation of the investor status and seriousness of the company.

Let us remind you that the hard copies of any investor documents are available for request. The hard copies are identical to the electronic ones: those you can see in your back office.
Every document in certified with a stamp and signature of the company SOLARGROUP Ltd head.

Requesting the hard copies of the documents is not obligatory and is performed only at the investor's discretion. The electronic documents have the same legal effect.


What makes the investor's package of documents?

The investment agreement - a document that regulates the relations between the investor and the company SOLARGROUP. It contains 14 sections written in 12 pages.

The Agreement has a number of Schedules to it:
- certificate for the actually paid shares;
- agreement to changing personal data;
- documents confirming the account replenishment and money transfers - for every payment a separate order document is drawn up automatically.

You can request both all the documents or any of them at your discretion. It's an easy procedure performed in a few clicks.
To place a request, enter the back office at /auth/registration in "My documents" →; "Delivery".
Then select the required documents.

The documents are delivered at the expense of the investor by the Russian Federation Post or a delivery company. The cost depends on the country and city/town of your residence and is displayed when placing the order.
