Preparations to put the "Sovelmash" D&E into operation
Preparations to put the design and engineering technology department into operation are in full swing at "Sovelmash". For this purpose, the construction, landscaping, and procurement efforts as well as the installation of production equipment are actively underway, the documentation is being drawn up, and so on.
The most visually noticeable results now are those of landscaping the site.
• The lawn on the left and rear of the building has been seeded.
• The installation of the permanent fence has begun.
• Most of the lampposts have been assembled.
• Kerbstone has been installed around the perimeter of the entire left side of the building.
• The site for the future parking lot is being levelled - in the near future, crushed stone will be spread and compacted, and asphalt will be paved.
Work on the negineering networks is in progress.
• Tapping to connect the cold water supply is underway.
• The ethylene glycol line has already been installed, welded and routed into the building.
• The drill to connect the storm sewer has been completed. The pits are to be filled and the sewer manholes are to be restored.
• The ventilation utilities are being installed, and the volumetric lines have been installed inside the building.
• The installation of engineering lines, which connect warm and cold water supply, and their thermal insulation are in progress.
Finishing work continues in the office and amenity complex.
