How is the process of acquiring the company's shares by investors going?
Along with the construction of the "Sovelmash" engineering center, the project is carrying out another crucial task, i.e. establishing the register of future shareholders.
This summer we opened access to filling out application forms for those investors from Russia and India who had completed verification in the SOLARGROUP back office. Let's take a look at the latest stats to see what the progress is.
• The number of users who have access to the functionality is 28,766.
• 1,453 requests for acquiring the company's shares sent,
• of which 1,289 requests have been approved,
• 105 requests have been rejected.
• Total number of investment shares in accepted requests is 9,870,939,824,
• 60% of them have been allocated to personal management,
• 40% has been assigned to SOLARGROUP management.
