Construction progress of the "Sovelmash" design and engineering technology department
Work is well underway to connect the building to the utilities.
Earlier, the construction workers completed a tapping of the water supply outside the construction site. After that, the trench with the pipes was buried. The car parking area and green areas are now being resurfaced.
Earthwork is ongoing within the D&E area, now in front of the central part of the building.
Inside the building, the construction workers are installing plasterboard partition walls, platbands, skirting boards and glass door panels.
"Sovelmash" has purchased a forklift and can now make full use of the warehouse area.
The commissioning and start-up activities as well as the installation of specialised furniture continue in the testing laboratory.
