Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

On May 19, the project went to a new funding stage 16 out of the 20 planned ones. Congratulations to all the project participants on this event! Thanks to your support, the project is getting closer to its goal with every day.

At the "Sovelmash" construction site in "Alabushevo", work on erecting the D3333E foundation is underway:

- setting the formwork for the third pouring of concrete at the -200 mm mark, installation of conductors and embedded parts;

- casting and waterproofing of concrete bases;

- backfilling the pit with sand by applying layer-by-layer compaction.

In addition to the construction, work continues on the leased premises of "Sovelmash". The company is preparing for the acceptance of new equipment ordered in China for the automated production line. The space where the production line is to be installed is currently being repaired.

After the equipment is installed, the specialists will be trained here, the workflow methodologies will be tested, the programs and required tooling will be created, the prototype motors will be produced, and the processes will be optimized. Thanks to this, after commissioning, the D3333E will be able to reach its operating capacity in the shortest possible time.

New premises have also been leased to expand the laboratory, which will make it possible to isolate the testing line from the area where the employees and high-precision metrological equipment are located at the time of testing. This is necessary for compliance with certain standards and further accreditation of the "Sovelmash" laboratory.
