Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

Last week, it was announced that on March 13, two national representative offices of SOLARGROUP in Africa will open at once. One of them - in Nigeria, the other one - in Cameroon. At the "Alabushevo" site, the construction of the "Sovelmash" D3333E continues according to the schedule: the reinforcement frame for the concrete foundation bed is being shaped. It is necessary to compensate for the concrete stretching and deformation. The steel bars are connected by welding in compliance with the project design documentation, in order to keep the frame in the required position until the concrete sets.

As we reported earlier, some of the concrete beds for the foundation had already been cast, their strength and temperature are being checked daily. At the same time, the preparations for building the next foundation "floors" are underway.

The leased premises of "Sovelmash" are tackling equally important tasks. One of them is the preparation of premises for the new equipment that will enable creating an automated line for production of small-scale batches of motors with "Slavyanka". According to Dmitriy Duyunov, it will be delivered to the territory of "Sovelmash" from China in the spring this year, and in May it is planned to launch it. The automated line will be used in the leased premises to adjust the production workflow and train the employees. And upon completion of the D3333E construction, the equipment will be moved to a new location.

Motors for rolling machines used in metallurgy are being tested in the "Sovelmash" laboratory. These high-torque and large-size motors are being tested at the company's most powerful test bench.

In addition to testing the motors, the software developed by "Sovelmash" is being tested too.
It is designed for automated control of the entire measuring equipment complex and allows to eliminate inaccuracies associated with human factors.

All the financial reserves of the company are directed to serve the needs of the construction process. The main thing for the D3333E construction now is regular pace and sufficiency of the attracted investments.
