Construction works
The full scope of work continues in accordance with the schedule on the territory of the "SovElMash" D3333E construction site. Preparation for the main construction stage is underway. The estimate documentation is being approved. The water supply system is being connected, which is necessary to perform certain construction tasks.
The "SovElMash" Directorate of Construction together with the general contractor "HAKA Moscow" continue working on the approval of the required documentation.

Plenty of tasks are being performed on the leased premises of "SovElMash" too.
Research is being conducted, the prototypes are being tested, and the motor performance characteristics are being measured.
The modernization of the laboratory is underway, this process is aimed at improving the equipment and capabilities of the "SovElMash" laboratory.
Patenting of the new inventions continues.

New equipment
Meanwhile, new equipment for the design and engineering technology department has been purchased in China, which will enable creating an automated production line for the motors with "Slavyanka" in "SovElMash".

The production line will consist of a number of units, namely:

- unit for isolating grooves of electric motor stators;
- automatic winding machine for coil groups of electric motor stators;
- unit for retracting the winding coils into the grooves of electric motor stators;
- three units for molding the frontal parts of the winding;
- unit for banding, binding the frontal parts of the stator winding.

Thanks to this equipment, "SovElMash" will be able to produce IE4 class motors with the weight and dimensions of IE1 class motors and at a lower cost.

Soon the units will be delivered to the leased premises of "SovElMash" in Zelenograd, and upon completion of the D3333E construction — resent to its territory.
