The team of "SovElMash" have worked in two top-priority project areas over the course of the passing week.

The company needs to obtain a permit for the innovative center construction. The most difficult part is behind: the state examination was successfully completed.
According to the Russian Federation legislation, the next step is approving the building project with the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development. The officials should ascertain that the color of facades, decorative architectural elements, lighting, and so on didn't change in the process of eliminating the flaws in accordance with the comments in the state examination report.

Then the project needs to be approved by Rospotrebnadzor (The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing).

After the approval, the project goes to the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee where the final construction permit will be issued.

These procedures should take much less time than the state examination.
